Booking made simple
One call sets the visit. We ask for the door type, the opener if you know it, and whether the door is currently stuck open or shut.

Balanced, quiet and ready for winter.
Most of our days are spent on ordinary doors in ordinary garages: a spring that let go on a cold morning, a remote that stopped answering, a bottom seal that has cracked after a few winters. We treat each one as the main event of the day, because for the person waiting to get the car out, it is. The technician listens first, asks what changed and when, then checks the door from top to bottom. Repairs are explained before they happen. Parts that still have life in them are left alone. And if a door has simply reached the end of its run, we say so plainly and talk through what a replacement would involve.

Rule of the job1 of 3
One call sets the visit. We ask for the door type, the opener if you know it, and whether the door is currently stuck open or shut.
Rule of the job2 of 3
Every visit opens with a full check: balance, spring condition, cable wear, roller state, track alignment and sensor response.
Rule of the job3 of 3
We lay out the options in plain terms, do what you choose with the right tools, and run the door until we are satisfied it is right.

A garage door is the largest opening in most homes, and the gaps around it add up. We fit bottom seals sized to the floor's unevenness, perimeter weatherstrip that meets the door face squarely, and threshold seals where water tends to run in.

Step 1 of 5
Describe the property, the hardware and what has changed, and the visit starts from what you have seen.

Step 2 of 5
One call sets the visit. We ask for the door type, the opener if you know it, and whether the door is currently stuck open or shut.

Step 3 of 5
Worn cables, tired springs and misaligned sensors are pointed out on the door itself, so the explanation makes sense.

Step 4 of 5
Old parts are removed, surfaces wiped and the floor swept before we consider the visit complete.

Step 5 of 5
Some doors deserve a full refresh; others need one part. We help you weigh that against how long you plan to keep the door.
